Francis was christened either, or both, at the Catholic church at Fenyeslitke or at the Reformed Church at Tiszaszentmárton. Francis was christened at the same time as his brother, Gabriel.
St Marton was a small town on the River Theis on the borders of Hungary, Poland, Romania and Russia. Joseph was born to a catholic family at a time of great unrest and was educated in Bupapest. Joseph was fluent in eight languages and was a political agitator. In about 1830, Joseph, aged about 16, moved to Paris where he stayed three years. On 18th May 1838 Joseph arrived in London from Hamburg (immigration record here) and settled in Spitalfields.
In London, Joseph was in great demand as a political speaker, and his fluency in many languages made him particularly useful in cosmopolitain London at that time. Joseph would appear speak at the Bedford Institute near Bishopgate Station Joseph settled down and ran a haberdashery business in Spitalfields before setting up a light engineering works in Rotherhithe.
We know from Joseph Pervinkler's marriage certificate of 1846 that Francis had died by 1846
