The 1901 census shows Harry as a single 22-year-old living with his elder sister Caroline. The 1911 census shows Harry living with his elder brother Edwin and his wife Teresa in Plaistow. Harry's occupation was book binder gold finisher. In 2q1912 (West Ham, 4a, 575) Harry married Isabelle Allen, a sister of Carrie's husband. Harry worked for a firm that imported cotton seeds
